【Creating Smiles Through Food】
My hobbies are traveling and enjoying good food, and I love discovering new experiences.
During my twenties, I set a goal to stay overnight in all 47 prefectures of Japan. I traveled extensively, met many people in each region, and experienced a wide variety of local cuisines. Through this accumulation of places, experiences, and environments, my worldview and values were shaped, and my perspective broadened. Even today, I continue to learn from those experiences.
Through something as familiar and essential as food, I hope to provide opportunities for learning and hands-on experiences for people of all ages—from children to adults—so that more people can expand their future possibilities and choices.
I would be honored to support those who have dreams related to food and to help turn their ideas into reality.
Sharing meals we truly enjoy, connecting with food that carries meaning, and seeing smiles appear in those moments—these are times when I genuinely feel how wonderful happiness can be. When those smiles spread, I believe it leads to sharing even more happiness.
With smiles as our goal, I strive every day to create work that brings smiles to everyone involved.

From broad concept planning to detailed execution, we work closely with each client based on their needs, helping them build their store or project step by step.
This service is for those who are thinking:
“I want to start a restaurant using a specific ingredient, but I would like support from the early stages.”
“I want to share a product or concept, but I’m not sure where to begin.”
“I have a clear image in mind, but this is my first time and I feel unsure.”
We support you throughout the entire process, carefully working together from planning to execution.
Examples of Support
• Store concept planning
• Interior and exterior image planning
• Website creation and PR planning
• Menu structure and ingredient selection
• Introduction to suppliers and business partners
• Operation and workflow planning
Example of Produce Projects
Workshop: “Product Development Program”
Through this program, children learn and experience the background of product development—from selecting ingredients to the process of bringing a product to market.
The program is hands-on and practical, with children taking the lead to create products, develop popular items, and even build successful shops.
Participants repeatedly test and taste products while refining menus through trial and error.
They also learn about costs and profits involved in selling products, encouraging them to think about money in a practical way.In addition, they create PR flyers to attract customers and practice how to communicate their ideas.
Through this program, children can experience things that cannot be learned through regular school classes alone, gaining valuable real-world learning opportunities.
02
Registered Dietitian Supervision
Writing / Menu Development
We work with multiple registered dietitians and accept requests for writing, supervision, and menu development.
This service is for those who:
• Would like professional opinions and advice during product development
• Want comments or supervision by registered dietitians added to their products
• Are collecting articles on specific topics and would like us to write them
Examples of Dietitian-Supervised Work
“Easy Gourmet Recipes to Enjoy with Taisetsu Kogen Beef”
As part of a hometown tax donation program for Kamikawa Town, Hokkaido, steak cuts and thin-sliced ribeye beef were introduced as return gifts.
For this project, a registered dietitian with close ties to the area provides simple and delicious recipes that make the most of the natural flavor of Taisetsu Kogen Beef, while also sharing the charm of the region.

Store Operations
Restaurants / Antenna Shops / Pop-up Events
Oita Antenna Shop (Regional Specialty Store)
Oita Onsenza
We operate an antenna shop in the heart of Tokyo to share the charm of Oita Prefecture.
Our shop is located on the B1F of Tokyo Traffic Kaikan.
Let us ask you a question.
When you think of Oita Prefecture’s local cuisine… what comes to mind?
For many people in Tokyo, opportunities to experience Oita are limited.
However, Oita is actually full of wonderful ingredients such as kabosu citrus, shiitake mushrooms, garlic chives, local chicken, and premium seafood like Seki mackerel and Seki horse mackerel.
There are also representative local dishes such as yaseuma, ryukyu, and jigoku-mushi (hot spring steaming).
Despite being iconic local dishes, they remain unfamiliar to many people.
Sadly, Oita’s food culture is still largely unknown outside the prefecture.
Originally, we managed the shop on behalf of another operator.
During that time, we realized how many amazing products Oita has, and how low their recognition was in Tokyo.
Believing these treasures deserved to be shared more widely, we decided to take over the operation ourselves.
In addition to Oita’s food culture, we also actively promote one of its greatest attractions — Beppu Onsen.
Oita is Japan’s leading hot spring prefecture, boasting the highest number of hot spring sources and the largest volume of hot spring water.
Our shop offers many products made using jigoku-mushi cooking methods, as well as items that include hot spring ingredients.
Although the shop is small, visitors can also enjoy a foot bath experience inside.
We also carry many items available exclusively at our shop.
If even more people in Tokyo can discover and feel the charm of Oita Prefecture, we would be very happy.
Please feel free to stop by and visit us.
